When you arrive
A friendly and knowledgeable agent will be waiting to power on your device and get started.
Hardware installation
We’ll install ONE customer-supplied internal or external PC components. We can also install any software necessary for the functionality of the device on one computer.
Final steps
We'll configure the installed component or device for proper use. We’ll also test that your device is working properly, answer any questions you may have, and provide solutions as needed.
This service does not include hardware (product sold separately) or installation/repair of operating system issues.

We'll troubleshoot a single device and diagnose software issues. If additional or upgraded hardware is required, we'll provide an estimate of how much this will cost.
We'll fix operating system issues, including boot errors and blue screens. If we discover any viruses and spyware on your device, we'll remove them for you.
If your device is a computer, we'll remove any programs or desktop shortcuts you deem unnecessary, configure startup services to your specifications, and install applicable critical updates to your software.
We'll test the device to make sure everything is working properly.
