Hardware Installation/Upgrade: Sit back and let a Keller IT Industries team member install your latest PC component. From hard drives and memory to optical drives, graphics cards, printers, scanners, and MP3 players, we’ll make sure your hardware is working properly no matter where you bought it.
When you arrive
A friendly and knowledgeable agent will be waiting to power on your device and get started.Hardware installation
We’ll install ONE customer-supplied internal or external PC components. We can also install any software necessary for the functionality of the device on one computer.Final steps
We'll configure the installed component or device for proper use. We’ll also test that your device is working properly, answer any questions you may have, and provide solutions as needed.This service does not include hardware (product sold separately) or installation/repair of operating system issues.

Computer diagnostics: We'll troubleshoot a single device and diagnose software issues
Diagnosing your device
We'll troubleshoot a single device and diagnose software issues. If additional or upgraded hardware is required, we'll provide an estimate of how much this will cost.
Repairing the issues
We'll fix operating system issues, including boot errors and blue screens. If we discover any viruses and spyware on your device, we'll remove them for you.
Streamlining the user interface
If your device is a computer, we'll remove any programs or desktop shortcuts you deem unnecessary, configure startup services to your specifications, and install applicable critical updates to your software.
Finishing touches
We'll test the device to make sure everything is working properly.

Software Setup & Support: a team member will remotely or on-site help you set up or troubleshoot one software application.
We will help you install and configure one software application on one computer. (Software provided by customer/sold separately.)
We'll activate your software if necessary, and install any critical updates.
We'll configure the software to your specifications.
We can also set up a desktop shortcut, a Start Menu item, and an icon on the Quick Launch toolbar if you'd like.

** All admin/user account passwords must be cleared before the service date - This allows our tech's access into system settings to properly have access for deep-seated virus removals and system updates. **
