Scope
This policy applies to information collected through KellerIndustries.tech, our service-request and contact forms, and our separately operated scheduling service. It does not cover a third-party website or service except for information that provider sends to Keller IT Industries.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, device or system details, problem description, requested service method, preferred times, and an on-site service location when relevant. The scheduling service also processes the appointment details and responses you submit there.
Our server and reverse proxy may process limited technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and security events. We do not request passwords, payment-card numbers, health information, or government identification through the website forms. Please do not submit them.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit and coverage, review and confirm appointment requests, provide authorized service, communicate about estimates and work, prevent abuse, maintain security, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by our self-hosted website infrastructure, self-hosted Cal.diy scheduler, Google Workspace email service, and Google Analytics 4. Website forms are delivered to Keller IT Industries through authenticated Google Workspace SMTP; the marketing site does not maintain a separate customer-submission database. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms when a customer chooses that method. We disclose information only as needed to operate those services, complete authorized work, understand website use, protect customers or systems, enforce agreements, or comply with law.
Customer devices and service data
Service work may make files, account names, system logs, network information, or other customer data visible to the technician. We limit access to what is reasonably necessary for the authorized work and do not use customer-device data for advertising. We do not intentionally copy customer files except when needed for an authorized backup, transfer, recovery, diagnostic, security, or repair task. Temporary working copies and recovered data are handled according to the applicable service authorization and Data Recovery Disclaimer.
Retention
Unconverted website inquiries and appointment requests are scheduled for deletion within 12 months unless continued retention is reasonably needed for follow-up, security, a dispute, or law. Customer, service, estimate, invoice, consent, and transaction records may be retained for up to seven years for operational, tax, warranty, and legal purposes. Routine security logs are scheduled for deletion or rotation within 90 days unless an event requires investigation. Provider backups may age out on a separate schedule. When customer records containing personally identifiable information are disposed of, reasonable steps are used to make that information unreadable or indecipherable.
Cookies and analytics
The marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, referral sources, page use, general performance, and interactions with site features. Google Analytics may process the page address, referring page, approximate location, browser and device information, IP address at collection, and interaction events. Keller IT Industries does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, service-request details, or device contents to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics normally uses first-party cookies, including _ga and a property-specific _ga_... cookie, to distinguish users and sessions. We configure the site tag to disable Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals. The analytics configuration does not add Google Ads, remarketing, or third-party behavioral advertising tags.
You can limit this collection by blocking or deleting analytics cookies in your browser or by using Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google describes its handling of information in the Google Privacy Policy. The separately operated scheduler may also use storage needed for scheduling, authentication, security, language, or preferences.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small service business, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not send sensitive credentials through ordinary forms or email. If credentials are necessary for authorized work, we will discuss an appropriate method. If we identify a security breach for which notice is required, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
Your choices and contact
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to records we must keep for security, transactions, disputes, or law. Contact CS@kellerindustries.tech or call (606) 492-2811. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Children and changes
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through these forms. We may update this policy as services or providers change; the posted updated date identifies the current version.
